I love watching Si and all the other mudlarkers. The history they uncover is priceless! Also, the rubbish they remove from waterways bit by bit is a worthy venture. Keep on larking!!!

I watch Si Finds weekly, and rewatch him often..its addicting! It's fascinating, and when a find is historical, and looking for information ,and FINDING the name of the traders token, or king, or queen, must be such a rush. Thanks for following these adverturers!

I watch Thames mudlarking vids for a while now. They find coins, gems, weapons, artifacts and they clean up all the trash they find so they leave the beaches cleaner than they have been in 400 years

Great story! I would think this would be a more intriguing alternative in learning about history versus sitting in a classroom repeating facts from a book. A fun, interactive activity for tourist too.

@hoardershaven48222 жыл бұрын
kzbin.info/www/bejne/mZPCnJyXe7iWd5I This is his channel. I believe that it's because they are considered historical artifacts. This is what he does, along with KZbin. They can make crafts from broken bits as they would say, and sell them. He calls his upcycled. I believe several of the well known KZbinrs make items from things as well. A very good friend of Simon's is Nicola White, or Tideline Art makes fish from glass. That will be an amazing question to ask them.

Yeah but London is 2000 years old….that qualifies as an ancient city and people lived there much longer than that.
@michelehood88372 жыл бұрын
London was an important Roman outpost. They do find Roman pottery and coins along the Thames - and #SiFinds has found examples of both. These finds are important examples of Roman migration into Northern Europe. Also, I believe that people lived along the Thames at the same time that people lived in Jerusalem. So, what are you saying? Get out of here with your nonsense. 😡
