Hi guys, I had a first date at my place with my ex after 3 weeks no contact. I thought I was ready. I was nervous before she came, so I pressured myself to attract her. We did laugh and have a good time, though after seeing a few signs of attraction, I jumped back to my old self and ruined attraction by telling her that I want her back as she started to talk about the past. I don't know how strong your relationship is now but one of the reasons she may be moving away is that she has no strong ties to keep her in the same state as you.she is free as a bird and may even be moving so she can get a better opportunity to settle down. I was thinking more along the lines of doing something fun. Like going to a spa and getting pampered with a massage? I guess doing that will not be interpersonal in the since of making eye contact and looking at her body language. So the massage would probably be out of the question I guess?

I think you were doing good as far as being friends then progressing to intimacy, that’s kind of what’s supposed to happen it’s just dating all over again. The stressful conversation is what interferes. I would keep peace by apologizing on whatever your part was of the convo. Then maybe he will too. And after that maybe try to chit that for a couple more texts. Keep it light and playful. Kill all the negative vibes. Then after that just keep living your life and hopefully he’ll reach out again.

I just did 6 months of no contact with my husband. He had a mental breakdown so i had no information to go on. He wanted to be left alone so i said ok. But im here if you need to talk. So 6 months later my mum sees him at our shop (he NEVER comes here) and she asked if she could come up and get our dog, who i also hadnt seen. He looked confused and said that i could come anytime to get him. Then he text me and asked if i wanted a coffee and a chat. We did have to talk about the house but we talked for 3 hours. you know what I've figured out the main problem that I'm getting scared of from time to time whenever I hear about it among all other tips and that is ...I DON'T KNOW FOR REAL THAT WHAT WENT WRONG!!! I am messaging you as I am going through a breakup with my ex girlfriend and have been reading into some of your articles online. My ex broke up with me over a month ago, saying that we were too different and she couldn't do it anymore. We were together for over 4 years and talked about everything together, we were even looking at moving in together. All of a sudden one day she told me that she no longer had the feelings for me anymore, she broke up with me. She then decided to block me from everything. I done the silly thing of pleading and begging her to take me back, I even took a day off work to give her a hand written note on what she meant to me. When I went to her house she had the serious face of not wanting me anymore. I asked her to do one favour for me and that was to unblock me from social media as I wanted to know everything what was happening. I browsed her page and seen that she went on a "date" with her best friends brother and started making, cheeky comments of it and posting photos of them together. Over the following weeks she has continued to make comments of them both but they aren't officially dating, she is still single as far as I'm aware. For me I have done the no contact period of 14 days without speaking to her for me to reach out to her and let her know that I was okay with the breakup and realised there was faults in the relationship, I told her I have been making some crucial changes in my life and would love to share them with her. She replied immediately asking me to let her know, I said to her there is too much to say and would prefer to contact using a call instead, we normally called. She then went cold on me and never responded. I then bumped into her the other day and it never felt awkward at all, I held my head high and smiled throughout the conversation as did she and told her briefly of some of my changes. She then said to me when she comes back from holiday next week she wants a proper catch up and cuddled me. For me I am in a position that I do want my ex back, not because I feel lonely without her, but because of the strong bond and connection we once had, I feel this can be repaired. I however don't know where to go as she is communicating with this other guy and her bestfriend as well who obviously don't like me. I am back in a no contact with her until she contacts me about the meet up. I want to take things slowly and be patient for her just like I was when we first met. Everyone keeps telling me to move on but the love is far too strong for that. I want to truthfully get her to go either on a coffee catch up or drink so we can talk like normal old days. Do you have any advice on my current situation? And do you think there would be any chance of getting her back into my arms?

Love Advice TV Hi Coaches I want to give you an update on my situation. Your videos have helped me so much the last couple of weeks might I say! I continued doing no contact with my ex as a self improvement both physically and mentally. Dropped my ex a good reminder text message the other day, we are now 2 months into the breakup, which she was happy to receive, responded well and was very eager at meeting up together for a catch up. She is now officially dating the other guy I mentioned previously and she continues to be hot and cold with me through text messages. I have got this catchup next week which I am looking forward to, I have built my confidence so much since we last seen each other and am looking forward to getting to know things about her. I don't want to be in the friends zone obviously however I don't want to be needy or desperate,something I was at the very start. Is there any further advice apart from not talking about the previous relationship and begging her to come back, eye contact and smiling is crucial obviously but I have stuck on how to rebuild an emotional connection with her. Don't talk to her move on. Life is too short to me playing games. She not the one for you.. I had similar the situation as you are. I just unfollwed her I wasn't the onlying one she was dating. Now I got someone better now in my life. Girl loves to playing games.. you can do better without her when the right person comes along than you know what to do. You don't have to make efforts in the right person it will come naturally..

Really nice video guys! I just wanted to ask, can you make a video of a situation when your ex needs to work on themselfs. And also how to attract your ex in that situation or any situation at all? I am in a situation were my ex doesn’t have the same feelings for me anymore and needs to work on herself, i contacted her after a month of NC just by text and it was oke. Then 2,5 weeks later i called her to ask how she was doing and i wanted to arrange a meetup. Her answer was that she was going to think about it because she still has allot to work on, and things on her mind. So i dont know how to go on from now. Give her more time and space or try again in a few weeks maybe with some more attracting ways of communication? I just think that if i give her more space that she will just be fine without me cus she doesn’t have feelings for me at the moment.

Forcing yourself on her isn't going to make her have feelings for you either, so exercising patience is your only option. Besides, you WANT her to be fine without you. So, so thankful for these tips and insights! I have a first meet up with my ex this summer during a trip to France, where I will pass by close to where he lives (I live in Scandinavia). It'll then be almost 11 months post breakup. Is there anything you think one should do differently when it comes to long distance relationships, when it is unlikely that you'll randomly be in their area again for a second meet up? I'm confident I can apply your advices to have a good time and re-attract him, but wonder what the next step should be in order to maximise your chance of getting back together. After a a few months of no contact, my ex has reached out via text several times. When she did I kept the dialog short and ending them with an invite out to have drinks. Twice she said she wasn't sure if we should and didn't want to give any false hope. So I continued no contact and she reached out a third time asking if we can get a drink sometime. A date was set for this past Saturday 5/26/18. Unfortunately she texted me that morning having to cancel due to a heavy menstrual and feeling sick. I wished her well and she said we would meet up soon. Anyway to cut it short. She texted me a day ago with "Hi". We ended up chatting and she admitted to missing my company as "HER FRIEND". I told her -" yes we are friends but we could never JUST BE FRIENDS. We started our relationship as lovers it's impossible to be anything less. She wanted to know if the invite for drinks was my attempt to get back together? I told her no. It was for us to share a good time out. She wanted to know how we could do that if we were not friends! I felt she was trying to "friend zone" me and I told her when she was able to hang out and enjoy the moment without complicating it, to let me know. And I said good night. She didn't respond back until later that night just saying, "good night". I haven't heard back from her. I'm not sure what will happen now.

ramsey638hr Show your ex that you don't care about her anymore, try to behave cold and distant when she texts you and sometimes don't reply her texts. She needs to have a feeling that you are moving on and losing you forever. That creates curiosity in her brain and a need to get you back. Good luck!😉

She probably does really want to be friends. But you're not feeling ready. Until you can be okay with that, don't reach out for awhile. Don't be a jerk, continue being nice, but after this meeting, if she doesn't feel different, don't reach out until you've had time to either get over her or she reaches out. I agree about watching the friend zone video. That said, sometimes the friendzone is a bridge, not a detour. Reinvent yourself and become a high value, better person. See if she thinks of you differently then. I've developed romantic attraction to friends of mine so it's totally possible, so long as you stay on the high road and treat her with decency and respect the entire time. At worst, you'll at least be in a better place to attract other women (and jealousy can also make your ex want you back, although I don't think you should purposefully try to make her jealous).
