Love your videos!! I also have a lot of brain fog...gets worst when you have a kid. Ahhhh I should make more lists but I don't so I forget a lot! Another tip I use (especially if I don't have paper) I talk a list out loud and remember how many items there were. Then when I am at, let's say Target, and I have 4 things but knew I needed 5 I stand there and think and it usually comes to me! This is after repeating the list back to myself many times. Proud of you!❤

Thank you for your concern. I am definitely in the process of figuring it out. Unfortunately the eastern doctor that I went to just said it was rosacea but didn't want to figure out an underlying cause, so I plan to see some other doctors as well

my mother is diagnos hodgkins lymphoma and my mothers bone marrow biopsy is normal. stage 4. doctor prescribed ABVD chemotherapy drugs. plz reply me mem its best or not. and say your chemo drugs name .plz
