Definitely didn’t feel like doing this after packing, dumping and raking 36 bags of mulch. I was tired and this woke my body up and stretched out sore spots. Thanks for another great one!

Melanie, thank you for sharing your gifts as a Pilates practitioner and teacher. Your videos ‘meet me where I’m at’ with full-body workouts starting at ten minutes and practice-level options. You have facilitated a reconnection with my at-home Reformer, which went unused for 18 months, making me feel guilty and shame about my diminished practice level and competency. Your content combinations allow me to avoid the excuse of time and self-criticism, which can be debilitating. Nice workout. You are sometimes difficult to understand. A microphone may help your words be clearer.

Thanks Craig! I use a Sony lav hooked up to a Rode receiver, but I had an issue with my clothing catching on the mic periodically in this one, which created some distortion here and there. Appreciate the feedback 👍
