Wow I just loooved this work out. Not fancy schmanzy just good solid doable exercises. Also loved the silence and your voice is like chocolate. So soothing. I’ll be looking at your programs online now …thank you🙏🏻

Wow no footwork!!! Thanks Melanie for keeping us on our toes (no pun intended 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣) - loved that last stretch at the end, the boat single leg dips, and the backward hand pulling straps. Great all around movement in this one! 🖤🖤
