Fantastic workout! What can I do to tighten the butt as well? Bought my aeropilates about 4 mths so so still learning. I have arthritis, a stroke 4 yrs ago and this the best money I've ever spent! How about some rebounder exercises too? Hugs!

Hey Faith! So glad that you enjoyed it and that you are exploring your Pilates reformer practice. I have a good option for glutes below, and a playlist of Jumpboard workouts (which you can do with a reformer rebounder). I will also regularly be posting new jumpboard videos to my new membership channel, if new rebounder/reformer content is of interest. Let me know if these help!

Super workout. My legs are definitely feeling it. I heard you mention that you had a monthly membership, I’m curious how frequently will you be posting new workouts on there?

Good question re: frequency of new workouts on the membership - I’m planning 3-4 new membership workouts per month (likely 4/month most of the time), with additional bonuses here and there. I’d like to include member requests, special prop workouts, etc. in there so that there’s added value outside of the main channel content. Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to see that would be of interest to you 💜

Sounds great. I have a box and jump board that don’t get used too frequently. Some more advanced and longer classes would be appealing also.

Perfect! I’m planning for regular Jumpboard workouts there (I have one in the catalog already), and an int/adv box workout next in the queue 💜 Will definitely keep longer ones in mind, too! Is your ideal 45 mins, 60 mins, other?

@@MelanieLopezPilates 👍🏻 I would say 40-50 minutes would be my max since I like to combine with other workouts. I like the 20-25 minute ones too. Enough to feel like you’ve done some good work but to still have energy for rowing, or to just do something quickly when you know you should be exercising but don’t really feel like it.
