I can't do that straight line balance... It feels like my eyes and my body are fighting each other for balance. Why is that Margaret?

Hi Margaret, I want to buy the stronger bone active. I will receive a video or book? If video, how many videos are there and is there any deadline / expiry date for the video. I am an overseas subscriber. Your KZbin is very useful, many thanks.😀

So happy to find a workout done in real time along with the instructor. Lots of exercise demos out there, but have not found any where we go through the "timing" along with the instructor. Like having a trainer in home--thank you very much!

Hi Margaret - you interviewed a woman who had increased her bone density by using some type of vibration method but it was never mentioned what this is? Thank you! Just starting my osteoporosis journey and trying to understand the most beneficial ways to try to stay ahead of it if possible.

Hello Margaret, Thank You so much for showing us the osteoporosis routine. I have been doing exercise similar to yours, I find your workout routine, including the calf exercise are much more effective. It has been a week since I incorporated the routine and I felt my muscles were not as tight, less pain, better circulation and felt better overall. Will continued with your routine and already shared your video with my Aunt. Thank You again!

Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and providing the exercise videos. Being recently diagnosed and an already very active person I’m learning the activities that can hurt me and those that can benefit me. I feel like I should send you a donation for providing so much free information.

I love your manner, style and pace - and your plants! My only comment is that the camera in the videos tends to move a little too often, which can be a bit distracting at times.

The program is very nice. Qn: many therapist warn against jumping, recommending instead walking and other safe movements. What is your idea behind including jumps in your program even if you demonstrate those jumps very light and soft ?

My balance is crazy 😂 I walk in the house 30 minutes everyday but I walk like a drunk grabing a ledge or a chair as I walk all around in and out of bedrooms and back to the movie room and everytime I get back to the pet gate the dog starts barking 😂😂😂 This osteoperosis got really bad after chemo and radiation. Ive been fighting cancer for 2 years now. My surgeon was very generous 😂 she only took off one boob 😂 🎉 lucky me! 💕💕💕 Iam interested in that marodyne device. I think my oncologist was right. I cant lay around thinkng the weakness will go away by itself. 😂 I love these videos!! Thankyou!

What's the minimum time per session you can workout for osteopenia improvement. And is 3, 10 minute sessions of walking up and down stairs considered good exercise for my spine health? It's just easier for me to do that consistently than to get out and walk.

This is fantastic! Just what I’ve been looking for! You mentioned lower back issues, stenosis and facet issues, when you were doing the weight chest press. If one has those conditions, should we press back into floor, be neutral or arched? Also, is the line on your mat made from tape or something else?
@margaretmartinpt3 жыл бұрын
I recommend you consult with a Physiotherapist if you have back issues. The tape is painter's tape.
