Habituate the things you want! That are useful. Especially mindfulness, which is basically remembering what you were doing or in another way, remembering not to forget what you’re doing.

My mom says that the TV novels these days are bad compared to the old ones. There is no more plot-twists, no more misteries, no more hooks, no more expectation, no more drama, no more hype, no more challengings, humor and so on. This makes me think that we enjoy a good storytelling, with tons of describing phenomenologies, with each day a small portion of new informations/updates/progression, gaining and loosing here and there. And as many people say, we need a destination to get there. We need destiny in all scale. We need to reach out to the Christmas, to New Year, to the Summer, to an Event, to a new life, to a vacation, a better self, a new relationship, a healthier family, a new house, a dream, etc. Without a destiny we lose something.

That moment has the name “ultimate Bodichitta” in Buddhism I have attained it in normal consciousness, being fun with everything and the best thing is, it is now accessible, whenever I want it, and I guess yours is too! Maybe not quite as profound as the first time? One question, Melissa, how useful was it?

I recommend a book to read Melissa By Lama ole Nydahl The way things are. A living approach to Buddhism for today’s world I think you will find some of the things you are looking for in here if you cannot get it in print as it is becoming quite rare you might be able to get it in kindle version. Good luck

Okay, let me give you some ideas. Obviously you will have to find out yourself, but what you experienced was the realisation that you are not separate from anything else. This is a common concept in Buddhism called bodichitta there are two types relative and ultimate I suggest you read some books on it. There are plenty look up bodichtta and buddhism I have this I do not need drugs to get it on. My main training is in meditation, specifically 1 point meditation. But really, it is a realisation of non-dualistic thinking there is no you and me us and them that thing and me everything is connected when you realise that you will have this feeling that you’re seeking constantly, but like anything else your mind has to get used to it, and also realise that everybody else is separate in their own little minds, and you will be one with everything And they will not understand you and think you are crazy because you will be not normal like everybody else brings great benefits when you realise you made all your problems! Without trying to be evangelistic and I am assuming that you have not looked at it and it is an assumption what Buddhism and beyond that Hinduism is thousand and two years old psychology. I got into psychology in 1992 with NLP, but I have found since that Buddhism is even better than NLP. I wish you well, Melissa on your journey.!xx
