Have you looked into/heard about the adrenal cocktail? Adding OJ with 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar

I can highly recommend a book on science-based nutrition: The diet compass by Bas Kast. He did tons of research in this somewhat contradictory subject and provides the most objective outlook on the topic. It changed my opinion.
