I blew through my first bottle of Delina last year in 9 months. Everyone asks what it is and I smell soo good. Not one says, “oh…you’re wearing Delina” so I agree with all the talk from people that know nothing about niche fragrances yet. It’s a staple in my small collection of perfumes. Going to check these other recommendations out!!

I dont live and work in a fragrance heavy culture or community, those who do use it tend to use drugstore, so I dont have to worry about smelling like everyone else when I just choose what makes me happy. Love my BR540 dupe but go noseblind to it. It gets compliments every week!

Which Delina do you like? The original, Exclusif or de Rosee? The original mentions Rhubarb notes, Exclusif mentions lychee and pear

My advice for newbies to this hobby? Try before you buy. Just because your favorite reviewers love Delina and BR 540 doesn’t mean you will. I’m fairly new to this hobby. I try before I buy. I have purchased many decants and have spritzed on scents at Sephora and Ulta. I’ve learned that I don’t like many of the scents that are frequently discussed. Libre? Not for me. I don’t like lavender. Delina? Not for me. I’m not a fan of floral perfumes. I’m in my gourmand perfume era. If it smells like sugar or candy, I’ll probably like it. I’m not saying that I won’t try these scents again. I’m just not interested now. I am interested in trying Sí, Lamar, and Good Girl. I just need to get through ALL of my other decants first.😆
