Is Clarks road accessible with a standard car or do you need a 4x4? I'm local to the area but have never been able to find a safe access point

You can use a regular car now, before it was closed off and needed something with some ground clearance to access but all good again now.

yeah mate, end of clarks road is perfect for almost any type of car, just back up to the water and drop ya yak in, there was even a few little tinnies being launched when we were there

It's so shit that the council keeps blocking the road to the Res and that unless your part of the ski club you cant put a boat in cause there's no public boat ramp

yep sure is, there is no benefit for them to close the road, They just do it to annoy us anglers
