@familhagaudir85612 жыл бұрын
Amber's ''evidence'' mostly consists of pictures of her with obviously fake bruises, and modified images with color contrats to make any color variation on the skin more red, and claim this is her face after ''getting brutally beaten''. Resting you head on your hand while reading for 20 minutes would make more convincing redness than what her team deposed as ''evidence of brutal abuse''. And that was the ''evidence'' her team thought was most likely to not make the jury go ''lol she faked it all''. Imagine what her team refuse to produce because it was so damaging to A.H.'s defense?

@@filiptrajkovski2198 I think the problem is not necessarily that Amber Heard's lawyers are extremely bad, its just that there is absolutely no case at all for her. Aside the fact that she probably doesnt pay that well, with only the prospect of making a lot of bank when they win the case, even a very good lawyer would have the hardest time of his life to not look like a fool here on Amber's side, let alone win the case. You don't go to court with... nothing. Especially also a huge web of lies, easily exposable, BEFORE THE TRIAL HAS EVEN BEGUN. The fact the her lawyers took on the case tells me they were counting on the same thing as Amber, often present gender inequality in court in favour of women over man especially in the US and heavy identity politics for over a decade by now. @@rainshadows17 Hearsay means what they said is based on rumor, not fact. Its used when a lawyer is listening to another persons witness or testimony, but here Ambers lawyer asked someone a question, and objected(interrupted) on their own question that *their own witness* started to answer. A lawyer will usually only ever object on a witness that isnt their own. Its basically like you ask your friend something and you interrupt them even though you asked them a question.

To be that guy, that kind of is how this works. This wasn't a criminal case to charge JD with domestic abuse. So yeah, all AH's side had to do is prove at least one instance of abuse, or at least poke enough holes into JD's claims to say "JD isn't be honest."
