I actually alittle perturbed with her , because that BS therapists notes were ruled to not come in and she kept letting Eileen try to get that shit in. Any other judge would have called her up and admonished her telling her to knock it off. That whole “how many people have you told” BS was nonsense as well.

@familhagaudir8561
@familhagaudir8561 2 жыл бұрын
Amber's ''evidence'' mostly consists of pictures of her with obviously fake bruises, and modified images with color contrats to make any color variation on the skin more red, and claim this is her face after ''getting brutally beaten''. Resting you head on your hand while reading for 20 minutes would make more convincing redness than what her team deposed as ''evidence of brutal abuse''. And that was the ''evidence'' her team thought was most likely to not make the jury go ''lol she faked it all''. Imagine what her team refuse to produce because it was so damaging to A.H.'s defense?

No but at least know the rules of court. She can’t even form a question without speculating others opinions on the matter. Like…. Even if amber was lying you can at least ask question that amber heard proved herself and not perform a leading on amber response. @@filiptrajkovski2198 I think the problem is not necessarily that Amber Heard's lawyers are extremely bad, its just that there is absolutely no case at all for her. Aside the fact that she probably doesnt pay that well, with only the prospect of making a lot of bank when they win the case, even a very good lawyer would have the hardest time of his life to not look like a fool here on Amber's side, let alone win the case. You don't go to court with... nothing. Especially also a huge web of lies, easily exposable, BEFORE THE TRIAL HAS EVEN BEGUN. The fact the her lawyers took on the case tells me they were counting on the same thing as Amber, often present gender inequality in court in favour of women over man especially in the US and heavy identity politics for over a decade by now. Also called "bEliEvE WoMeN".

It’s crazy how In Elaine’s closing argument she says that Johnny has never accepted responsibility for anything in his life when in fact he was the one admitting his faults and that he wasn’t a perfect husband, meanwhile Amber portrayed herself as an innocent scared little victim throughout their relationship. She was the one to never accept responsibility of anything despite there being actual recorded evidence that she did in fact physically abuse him.

He's being accused of such heinous things, yet he doesn't blow up, he doesn't laugh, although it is clear he wants to!! When Mr. Depp is on the stand and he is asked if he was aware that Miss. Heard was angry when they were coming off the plane, he responded by saying, yes that was his opinion because she was always angry " He's honest, respectful, and he points out that he's not responsible for the things Her counsel is reading the texts correctly, but he himself did not write the texts being presented. He is so adorable and funny, even though he's not trying to be. He is just amazing. He is being slandered and he can still manage to smile!!! I love you Mr Depp ♥️ I love your honesty and your charm. Well a lot depends on the client as well. Sometimes you have a client who is basically a slam dunk. A gimme that any lawyer would want to work with. Elaine on the other hand had a much tougher job. She keeps claiming she's got mountains of evidence. They only thing I saw worth anything are a couple questionable photos, testimony from sister Pennington and make-up artist and nobody says they saw Johnny hit or throw anything. So It's pretty flimsy. Mountains? Hardly qualifies as a heap.

All the charity lies Amber Heard made at the trial and the media were to pretend to be a good person doing the selfless thing. Calculating everthing to do a snail-pace drip of tax-deductibles over decades to de-facto keep most of the money to yourself through avoiding taxes is not a selfless thing. More like cold, calculating, manipulative. Anyway it just exposes another lie from Amber Heard, as she said as justification for not donating the money she pledged that ''I was going to but Johnny sued me''. Implying she was not planning to do a tax-deductible drip. But then at the closing argument she was doing that? Her and her lawyers are trying to jungle with way to many lies at once.

In a way one can’t blame AH’s lawyers since they weren’t given any evidence to work, and there was way too much evidence that would prove most of her claims were false.

if not just idiots looking to ride clout, but either way, heard was borderline indefensible and court assigned or hired would both look this idiotic because there was no trial to begin with. heard is just a snake.

@@IzalithLost- They were not assigned by the court. Amber Heard testified that she paid them $6 million. She is/was being sued by her Insurance Co. One of the civil counts is pertaining to the cost of this Group AH hired. She went outside of the recommended and approved list provided by Insurance Co. and cost more. People hire Attorneys that are similar to themselves. That is a fact!

@@BBB-rd2qi Ah neat, didnt know that. I just assumed court assigned because of the good old "you objected to your own question" Honestly i am impressed they managed to defend someone who was obviously indefensible for so long

Elaine Bredehoft, as to what I see, seems to have many more years of experience in court as opposed to Camille Vasquez; yet, what SHOCKS ME is that Camille is so effortlessly good, articulate, clever, and spot on.... she never misses a beat, and then there's Elaine sighing "I'm trying... I'm trying.." as if she's a Math student having trouble in class

I have been practicing law for 27 years and have never heard of any trial attorney redoing their closing argument after giving it and a verdict being reached. Does Elaine bill her clients for the hours wasted redoing her closing arguments 100 times after every trial, win or lose?

If there's anything To Kill a Mockingbird has taught me about court, it's that you don't ask a question you don't know the answer to. JD's team knew all the answers, and AH's knew none.
