In a recent survey conducted by the Pew Institute, over 53% of American men ages 18-35, have not in the last three years, had or even pursued in any way, any sort of romantic entanglement or sexual relationship with women. When asked why, for the most part they answered, that the effort was not worth the potential benefit and, that they'd found that self gratification with porn was far more pleasurable than trying to satisfy a woman. @@CaitlinV I guess I will give my example of a response that is worse then a no. When i was 18 i went camping with my uncle, his wife, there two kids, and my mom; my aunt invited their baby sitter to go on the camping trip with them. I decided I was going to ask her out on a date because i had talked to her a little bit and she she was kind of cute and i was kind curious as to what kind of person she was at 17. I figured i was probably going to get turned down but hey 'what's the worst she could say no?', so i waited until we went in to town to get some more firewood, and asked her if she would like to get some coffee or something (kind of awkwardly). At which point she either debated on jumping out of the car going 65 mph ( which was my initial thought) or, she was trying to get as far away from me as possible and prepare for whatever I was going to do to her if she said no (which is what I believe after looking back on it).

Sometimes the issue isn't getting to the bedroom. It's dealing with women in general. Getting them to say yes to sex can actually be easy, because women have made it easy. I apologize if that sounds blunt. And cheap and easy sex is like a fast-food cheeseburger. Sure, it hits the spot now and then, but you get tired of it really quick, and if you are dining on it for extended periods, it isn't good for you. That's where relationships with long term partners come into play, IE the end goal. However, I've found relationships are way too expensive for the Risk/Time/Effort/Resources Vs. Reward today, for men, and where the trouble starts. Hence the modern conundrum with dating today between men and women.

This is one of the few videos on this channel I strongly disagree with that I have seen so far. So many of the videos on this channel are great and I have learned a lot from them, however this video might be inadvertently perpetuating some of the problems going on right now. There is a push for men to take on traditionally feminine roles and yet men are also still expected to take on a number of these traditional masculine roles as well. which for me isn't romantic, fun or meaningful. I only consider romantic relationships with woman that grow and evolve organically when I go out and live my life. Not based on gender roles but because we enjoy spending time going back and forth doing things for each other regardless if its considered traditionally masculine or feminine. Otherwise it just feels like a second job. Does this limit my opportunities, yes very much so! But its better than playing games and jumping through hoops for woman. Life is to short for that. I don't know if others feel like this, I might be in the minority and I apologize if its sounds like a rant. As I said earlier I feel rather strongly about this. I would be curious to get others opinions how they feel about this and get some feedback too.
