I can't relate to this. I've been on dates and had the girl suggest "The pizza place closes in 20 minutes, let's stop and ask if they have any cancelled orders we can get for free" then she went in and brought me a free pizza. After we ate it we had sex. A different girl once said "Let's go hit the dumpster at the Frito Lay warehouse". Afterward we had sex. These weren't toothless homeless crackhead broads, they were young hot college girls when I was on parole for the first time. If you pose with your car and tell them you have a good job, you're gonna get women who just want your money. There was a buffet restaurant near the university I attended. Prices were measured through weighting, but desserts were on the house. During one week when the cheap university canteen was closed I went there. I put some lettuce leaves and olives on my plate, payed pocket change and gorged myself on the desserts. I can relate to all of this. My stupid neighbours switched internet providers to something cheaper that's also slower because "they don't use the internet that much." They didn't even ask me. I also feel you about the hot water, I'm a tea drinker and there's no way I'm paying that much for what is essentially a cup of hot water and a bag that's worth a couple of cents. Once short on cash in college I was taking a class and there was left over alfredo sauce because we had a class in a closed restaurant, so I took the jar home since it would be thrown out. Took the hour long ride home and cooked pasta that was in my house. I know the feeling of food struggle and still go through it from time to time.
