It blows my mind that after five years of my life training in what should of been an incredible job opportunity, my life was destroyed by an angry gay foreman. He didn't care about doing the work properly, only who would be gay with him. Every time I reminded him I wasn't gay he got mad. Big tall construction worker of a foreman. I remember someone warning me that he would single handedly destroy the job too. I was lucky to survive being sent to work with someone like that. All the good companies wanted me back but I had to go where the school sent me... That was just when DEI was getting started and it didn't seem like a big deal. But that foreman put lives at risk. So after five years of training in engineering, it seems working with someone like that was my final exam. Failure meant ending up in the hospital I guess. Why do some people get mad at someone else for not being gay? I don't care if you are but don't get mad if I'm not. Wtf I hope this comment was substantive for todays pressing issues......

They can pick those programs back up, I have already stopped buying from all of these companies, and I never will again, if you look into their actions without the DEI stuff they have been donating money to organizations that push these initiatives for a very long time, even if they themselves don't push them, so they were doing it behind closed doors without the general public's knowledge, if you keep giving them your money they will just go back to doing that, and still pushing it but without you knowing because they aren't doing it in an overt way.
