Why did they interview that ignorant prosecutor? She's the same person who said boys/men can't be sexually abused because they dont have the right equipment! Now there is actual physical proof they were sexual abused and weren't the only ones abused by the father! They need to be resentenced and finally given their freedom. In my opinion they have paid for the crime committed, and should spend whatever time left with their loved ones.

She like a dog with a bone. She also stated in the interview she felt she lost after the brothers were given life prison ment. Was she hoping they would the death penalty? While I admit it horrible what they did killing their parents but I don't agree that the same brothers who suffer sexual abuse (at the hands of their parents) deserve the death penalty too. And I don't know how she would live with herself if she did get them the death penalty?

In the Documentary after the case was closed, in 2000s it mention Oprah did a episode where all the men who were sexual abuse as kids made an appearance. It finally shone a bright light on the subject that men could be sexual abuse like women.

However horrible the crime was, it doesn’t change the fact that the second trial was biased AF right after OJ Simpson. They wouldn’t have gotten first degree nor such a harsh sentence if it weren’t for that biased judge. They should be resentenced and set free taking all that into account

Hypocrisy was strong on behalf of Pamela Bozanich (the prosecutor) to go on a documentary calling the brothers evil for protecting themselves by using guns while tossing out a casual warning/threat to tiktok users not to mess with her because she has guns and is heavily armed. Despite the words she heard from the people around how monster Jose was, she still believed that abuse was fabricated..she is a loser! I hope her love ones wont experience the abuse. Her ego cant move because she lost. Infact the second trial was also fail. Imagine the Juror didnt have any idea about the family history of menedez. All witnesses and evidence were blocked and the jurors had no other choices except not guilty and first degree murder..this prosecutor lawyer knew the second trial was also mistrial and a failure. The actor was nothing like lyle . Every video l've seen of Lyle he is sweet, timid, articulate and visibley traumatised. Erik's character was more like the real Erik. These boys need releasing. All them character testimonies on there parents.awful. Huge miscarriage of justice them sentences. And then oj got not guilty.horrific the parents were the monsters

They have done plenty of time and should be let out maybe research the case a little bit more I'm not saying what they did was right however what their parents did was absolutely horrifying they were abused at 6 years old all the way up to adults they were abused mentally physically emotionally and sexually I hope they get out and advocate for kids that are being abused because i was a child that was abuse and you don't know what you don't know until it happens to you or someone you love ❤🙏

Those two men, not boys, MEN will never get out of prison. If they were so terrified of their parents, why were they robbing their neighbors in calabasas for over $100k in cash and other valuables, screwing up in school by cheating in class and being placed on academic probation with possible expulsion from Princeton, goofing off as an employee at their dads company which led one of them to be fired, does that sound like two scared little boys??!These two men were defiant as kids, spoiled by their mom, no discipline, and they were constantly embarrassing their parents. If they were so terrified, why shoot their mom as she was crawling to get away from them? They fired 15 rounds at their parents while they watched tv. These men deserve to be in prison for the rest of their lives.

Their behaviors that you speak of may be a result of abuse. Some people who experience sexual abuse experience behaviors and emotional changes, many do not. Just saying we do not definitely know the cause of their behaviors. That’s why this is so controversial.

You too, do you think the mother was innocent? Lyle was also sexually abused by her. On the first trial. There were some pictures of naked and nude pictures of the boys kept by the mother kitty. There was written on it “ 7 bday of eric”..the pictures focused on the genital parts of the boys. Kitty even told to her friend who testified as well that the boys shouldn’t been born as she felt garbage because Jose was so obsessed with the boys. She even trying to poison the boys when they were little because she found out that jose was having an affair. Have you ever thought those things that they did was the only way out from the parents. But instead their father save them. Eric was so happy when he became college, he thought he would be away finally from the father. But Jose said to him that he was not going anywhere and he would stay at UCLA and stayed their house.. If adult families and relatives were scared and terrified of jose how much more Eric and Lyle. these relatives tried to talk the family about the abuse but they couldn’t do anything thats why until now they feel guilty for not doing anything and helping the boys. You wouldn’t know how powerful man can do.

Do you think all people having therapy must tell everything to the therapist.. not all patients tell their history to the doctor! Even the doctor sometimes need to lie to their patients. The therapist you are talking about was the therapist who had a relationship with his patient who testified in the court as well. The patient said she was raped, drugged and kidnapped by dr. oziel. Now you are saying why they didnt tell the abuse to that therapist..are you nuts?! atleast the defense tried and asked help from the experts doctors. Do you even know that a dentist who testified when one of the boys sent to him with oral infections, the caused was oral sex. The boy was only 7 years old that time..

Go watch the documentary. The sexual abuse wasn't the reason they killed them. It was the fact that their parents were going to kill them (not that minute, but easily the morning after for example) because Lyle threatened their father he would tell everyone how perverted and sick their father was.
