@@sheryldunton8209 I'm also dealing with joint pain and stiffness. We need to know what supplements can help us with those pains.

Dried apricots, prunes, and dates are high in phytoestrogens as well. I eat about four apricots every day.

Absolutely, my favourite is medjool dates! Best Wishes Eileen

Me too! I have to order the Medjool dates through Amazon and have them shipped to me, because they do not sell them where I live.

I enjoy all your videos - thank you! I lost some weight doing intermittent fasting a few years ago but later had out-of-control cravings, and regained the weight. I love salads, but a few months ago, I experienced several weeks of very uncomfortable digestive problems (cause unknown). My doctor said raw veggies are hard to digest, so now I'm afraid to try salads again, and I usually have to force myself to eat cooked vegetables. I'm finding at this age (59), it's hard to know WHAT to eat. Thanks for your videos about digestion during menopause.

Great to hear that you enjoy the videos, thank you! Yes, sometimes even salads and raw veg can cause issues so it is fine to skip these until your digestion improves. I often find that I can't tolerate salads in the winter so have lots of steamed or stir-fried veg instead and this suits me fine! Best Wishes Eileen

Hiya, Another topic spot on regarding this crazy menopause. I cut meat out a couple of years ago, so at the moment, I'm only eating fish and beans. I sleep for 8, 9 hours, but I still wake up feeling tired and drained. I don't know if it's because I'm no longer eating meat and dairy. 🙏🤝

Hi It is possible; protein needs tend to increase in the menopause so you may find taking a plant based protein powder drink every day helpful Best Wishes Eileen
