I go 5 times a week to: zumba, yoga, bodypump, etc...after the effort my knees hurt...why? I'm new to your channel...love it ❤❤❤

Ty Petra. However I work out 6-7 days a week. And do even more than this .. yet I still have belly and inflammation. And my weight doesn’t budge. Along with intermittent fasting and a very clean Mediterranean diet for years.
