I have been exercising for over 40 years. Your exercise video are the BEST I have ever done. I actually look forward to doing them at least 5 times week, some ti.es I will do a shorter o e if I have a rough day. Thank you!!!!

Love your videos! Have had 3 surgeries in 3 years and in my menopause era. So I’m about 25-30 lbs overweight. Struggling with the 20 min videos which would have been so simple years ago. But not giving up & I appreciate your advice and workouts. Thank you

Good evening Petra. I can not tell you how much i am looking forward to working out properly with you. I found your channel a few weeks ago. I started incorporating a few of your videos into my workout sessions that i have been previously doing & now i have decided to focus on your method to help me with my lower belly issue. I am 53 years old.Not at the Menopause stage yet,however i can see & feel things are starting to change. My head is in the right place now i have actually found someone that resonates with me. I have loved doing the workouts that i have tried so far. Just waiting for my weights to be delivered & i can also try your weight training videos too I would just like to say a big Thank you for all your advice,great videos. Happy,Healthy New Year. This is superb. Just the right amount of time, too, although happily do 30 minutes. I need to do more resistance training, though, so i believe at post menopause.

I do a lot of hiking 2 to 4 times a week climbing the steepest mountain I see, and I hike 3 to 4 miles each time

Brilliant achievable workouts. Only feedback is that it might work better with slower music when cooling down - otherwise I just don't wanna stop !

Bonjour Petra j ai 51 ans et j ai eu une menopose précoce (44 ans) et depuis mes 50 ans, je ne suis plus en forme et je cumule les petits soucis ( douleur sacro illiaque) J ai toujours été sportive sauf depuis 3 ans, j ai un peu grossis et l aspect de ma peau n est pas belle et relâchée. Je souhaiterais me remettre au sport progressivement et j ai une question : Combien et quels sont les workout à suivre par semaine ? et à quelle fréquence ? merci de ta réponse ! tu es formidable !!! ❤
