I get thrown around by life sometimes and then a comment like yours has me thinking that I’m always looking for “my purpose”. Maybe my purpose is to share my thoughts on videos and give my testimony. Thank you for encouraging people to check and focus on mental health.. nothing in this world 🌎 matters when you are going through hell in your head.. I know! I hit rock bottom last wknd .. this year has been the hardest .. but fitness & spirituality is what I'm going to get back into to pull me out of the darkness 💜 so I guess working on physical health helps with mental health & vice versa 🙌

I feel this to my core. When your going through it in your head there is nowhere to run to. No matter what those negative thoughts are around. / I'm sorry you had a tough go of it lately. I'm empathize deeply / when feeling depressed and anxious I try not to make big decisions. I work on my sleep, exercise, and nutrition- they are called the 3 pillars of mental health. --- you got this

Unfortunately our society feeds on the negative. I think it's respectable that you are going outside of your comfort zone of numbers. It's often that a numbers guy/gal doesn't speak on feelings/thoughts/actions. Teaching the CPA stuff helped too!

@@CPAStrengthPassion I'm a veteran. I know exactly how important it is for a person to work on this area. Good therapy and healthy coping skills, eating habits, and consist exercise helps tremendously. OH AND BEING AROUND OTHER POSITIVE PEOPLE. The company we carry can also impact the outcome. Appreciate your messages. I do ok on sleeping and nutrition, but exercising I never liked to do. So, Its a challenge for me because I start walking and stop after a couple of days.

I understand. Make a schedule for the week and stick to it. Like I’m going to walk Monday, Wednesday, and Friday this week. And no matter how much you don’t feel like it just do it. That has worked for me -- discipline > motivation

Thank you for this positive affirmation on this platform, i have never thought i would be going through so much in my life that i ended up taking deppression medication. I hated everything about myself and what life kept throwing at me. It's my second month taking Prozac, it's still a process. I am gradualloy feeling better by day.

Bro real talk! I’ve been meditating and it literally helps you block out bullshit in your life. Imagine a force field around your thoughts, now imagine a bunch of literal shit trying to get in but meditating strengthens that force field to not let it in. Take care of your mental health. Love you cpa strength, bro your a big inspiration! Also, check your testosterone levels and if your low get in trt, that changed my life. Trt took care of me , the first doctor gave. Me anti depressants and that fucking made me such a pussy. Check your T levels, bro that is your mental health as a man! Nothing but benefits from good high healthy levels of testosterone in men, I implore you to take that seriously. Also Do not waste money on junk testosterone booster. Love you bro ❤

@@CPAStrengthPassion meditate for 5 minutes a day. I was skeptical at first but after a week you notice how it helps. Cross sit, close your eyes focus on your breathing. And only your breathing. If you start thinking of something you need to block it out, you should only focus on breathing. It’s really amazing after awhile. Also trt, all the millionaires are on it, definitely definitely check test levels bro. It definitely could be a problem especially in the 40s. Just my opinion though, this has helped me, especially in my accounting career.

I am going to incorporate meditation in my morning routine. I already do positive affirmations and pray. They take me about 10 minutes. I'm going to add another 5 minutes of meditation.

Wow! a good conversation. since pandemic, i stop going to the gym 4xs per week. I feel my mental state more important than my physical state at this time; i kind of believe the two go hand in hand?
