Mental Health is not great and I am explaining why

Hey! Sorry to hear you're still going through this. Legally speaking libel is written defamation and slander is verbal defamation. Also, being "gender critical" is protected characteristic under the Equalities Act - it is a "BELIEF". It isn't against the law to believe there are only two sexes, male and female, and that men can't become women, etc etc. You are legally allowed to have beliefs, and to express your opinion provided you don't express it in a hateful way. Women who have been sacked for expressing their gender critical beliefs have won employment tribunals for wrongful dismissal. So it is not against the law to have these beliefs. Of course shouting at someone in the street and calling them names is a hate crime. Unfortunately the Police are (in my experience) extremely prejudiced against disabled people, but will bend over backwards and sideways for anyone Trans. The fact they have rainbow police cars is awful - that should be banned - its a radical political statement. The police should not be allowed to express support of anything political. btw Google Alex Drummond - she is a Transwoman with a beard and one of these people who believes Transwomen can look however they like, including making no effort at all to look female. I am what is known as Gender Critical so I believe there are only two sexes and also that only biological women should be allowed in Ladies toilets, sports, prisons, changing rooms. Of course this is an area which is fraught with difficulties, which you appear to be experiencing. Have you thought about contacting any of the gender critical campaigners like Kellie Jay Keene? (sorry I think I've spelled her name wrong) Her campaigns include Let Women Speak and Woman Adult Human Female. I think its interesting you're being accused of hate crime when you're not even particularly gender critical.

@@medwayhospitalprotest exactly my point. This woman is an absolute joke to be fair. She doesn’t like it if someone calls her a male which genetically she is. Even I say to people that you can chop and change your body but you can’t chop and change your DNA. If you’re born with the XY chromosome then you are born a male.
