So I know this video is really long but I couldn't find parts that I was able to cut out. I think everything that Dana and I talked about in this video will help shed light on different areas in the mental health fields. I suggest watching it in parts and taking some time to reflect on the different things that you hear us talking about.

I like when you let people around share their stories too. Congratulations for your videos and thank you.

Bravo on the honesty offered in this video by you both. I recognise so very much in what your sister says. This video has a lot in it that it might be worth creating smaller videos based off it (e.g. when you talk about how you decided what it is you wanted to do could be a *new* video subject in itself).

Well done taking on a taboo topic. You both did a great presentation. Only comment would be about finding multiple anchors. Just like people; jobs, interests and other things are not always consistent. Recognising this is half the battle

Wow that’s a heavy topic......I feel that people should be open to talk about there depressions and be more open about it, there are people around that are ready to help, either by listening or being supportive. This is the 21st century and we should be able to talk about anything considering the knowledge and tools we have today. Many thing do not need to happen if we communicate about these issues, both giving and receiving....thanks for opening the subject 👍🤗
