Hello Kits, I just started watching your videos. For me you are doing fine. You explain most of the things and this is helpful to us (non-machenics) and that makes us anxious about what we feel and hear on our cars. It doesn't hurt to double check. I can now take my car to a car fixer just to make sure that these small items in the car are functiong properly. They don't stop the car but kill the bigger items. Thank you. Kits...😊

There is one problem… First, you are GREAT at diagnosing and fixing these sprinters. I love it, and I have learned a bunch from these videos! Now for the one problem I’ve seen a couple times in your diagnostics: the Turbo is NOT leaking oil. When a seal is bad in the turbo, it will be a different issue all together. Not one drop of oil would come out of the air intake of the turbo, it would just get blown downstream to the intercooler, intake, etc… The residual oil that is ALWAYS on the turbo intake port of these Sprinters comes from the PCV / Oil separator valve. Follow the silicon hose to the back of the left valve cover. That thing is a major failure point on all of these OM642 engines. The turbo sucks all the crankcase gases AND oil vapors , especially when doing the regen.. serious heat=boiling the oil=turbo covered in oil. I hope that makes sense, and please know that I respect you tremendously as a great mechanic. I just happen to know this issue from personal experience. You Can’t condemn the turbo for having some oil on it Thank you very much for your good teaching and great videos! .

I would have concentrated my effort and diagnostics on the newly replaced rear main seal because more often than not mechanics do get it wrong. But not Deo, the chosen one. Top class repairs always. Well done! We shall clock millions soon, subscription keeps rising WAO.

If OEM turbo was leaking old might only have problems with the seals inside the turbo..turbo could have been send in for testing and repair rather than to buy a new turbo that's my take
