Good morning 🌞. Great work out... My Day 1# is Done. 🎉❤ Thank you so much 😊👍. I'm Ana, I'm 47 years old, mother of 3,all in there 20s. 29, 24 and 23, I'm a grandma of 5. I'm so blessed to be able to join you in this new life. My big problem area is my stomach, so that's were I'm focusing in this area more than anything. I have a wider chest and back so I'm trying to work on that area too but focusing more in my stomach and this exercise for 10 days is going to be really a challenge for myself. Thank you I will see you tomorrow for the second day till I complete the 10 days.

Ok, I just did this work out & I'm so proud! Not only was I able to do it, I completed it & loved it!! Might have to fo twice a day!! I love this!!! Thanks Coach Gaby & Svelte!! See ya tomorrow to do it some more! I've been trying to find something to where I can feel my core muscles working... They're wide awake now!! Lol! Amen!!

Hi there! 😊 That's fantastic to hear! It really depends on your body and how you're feeling. Some rest days can be beneficial for recovery, but if you're feeling good and energized, daily workouts can also be fine. Listen to your body and adjust as needed. Keep up the great work! 💪

i cant do the table top because my left arm has been stabbing pain for 3 weeks now i lift up my rear and hold is that good for a start?

Thank you for your feedback, @annettebrinson8426! ❤ We truly appreciate your enthusiasm for our workouts and challenges. 💪 I always recommend that you consult your physician before starting any new exercise program, but I offer many modifications for my exercises. 😊 Modifications include a step jack, not doing a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost etc.). Also, the workouts are low impact and performed at your own pace, so you can work at a level that is suitable for you! 😍

There wasn't a modification for that one, so I just skipped it and did more of the bicycle. I'm still going to do the whole challenge, but modified for me.

Oh wow, only 3 sets but that's all I could handle! But got the first one of this challenge done! Should I do the hashtag thing in a Facebook post? I've never done a hashtag before, so that will be my first when I know where to put it. Lol It's been so hot outside that I haven't been walking recently, so I definitely wanted to do the first day of this challenge. I'm pretty excited. I bought a 100ct capsule machine several years ago and couldn't figure out how to use it, because it had more peices than my 24ct. But, by God's grace I finally got it figured out recently, and today successfully used it to make 200 cayenne pepper capsules. I had run out and didn't get any made for a few days, which started to affect my glucose levels. So now I'm set for a while. God bless and keep you and yours always Gaby and Mere! 🙂

I thought the exercises were good. This instructor did not offer helpful suggestions though for people that might not know proper form. Hold your stomach in, keep your back flat on the ground, don't hold your breath, etc. Could be improved, but I like the cycle of four exercises and the timer.

Gaby Greg and Mere usually walk us through with modifications, just a guess-what with ths being a challenge it went faster, I thought was amazing! Do go through some of their other workouts on KZbin, their attention to detail is very good, 10/10 👐
