i saw the top comment do this so i’ll try too! day one: ✅ some exercises were hard but i got through! it wasn’t that bad. no difference yet obviously! reply so i don’t forget to do it! day 2: ✅ day 2 is done! i was very impressed with myself! exercises were getting easier. some were still hard though! i’m not too sore and while doing the first exercise, i found it easier to do a sit up! i never have done a sit up in years! i still only got 50% in but that’s amazing! i’m overjoyed!! :) day 3: ✅ day 3 was like any other. i’m still not sore and some exercises were still hard. day 4:✅ day 4 was quite normal. exercises were the same, maybe a bit harder. i sort of noticed i’m losing a tiny bit of weight! couldn’t finish this 4 months ago so im trying again! 8/1/24 day one: ✅ since i’ve been out of school and pe for the last month and a half, pretty much every exercise was challenging. i struggled a lot.

Tracking my progress: Day 1✅ It was pretty hard and made me sweat for sure Day 2✅ A little easier than yesterday but still sweated Day 3✅ It was easier than yesterday for sure! Day 4✅ I’m starting to see a slight difference! I’m also doing a couple other workouts for faster results lol Day 5✅Oh my god it’s actually easier to do the workout now, and I’ve lost weight! Day 6✅ OKAYY I’m seeing the difference more now Day 7✅ I feel good after, more energized and all Day 8✅ I feel my core strength more stronger now then when I started🙂 Day 9❌Gave myself a break cause it’s my bday:) Day 10✅ This workout has definitely helped my core a lot, I don’t shake as much as I used to when I first started! Day 11✅ I still sweat during the workout, and make sure you’re using your ab muscles! Day 12❌ I might stop doing this because I’ve begun another workout that’s 30 days long, but we’ll see😭 Day 13❌ I forgot to do it, was busy😭 Day 14✅ Felt a good burn! So I did notice a difference between when I started and now, I’m on a calorie deficit but the past two days I over ate so I guess that made me loose some progress, but definitely recommend this, gives you a good burn! I’m gonna continue doing this for another two weeks😊 Day 15❌ I forgot to do it, was busy😢 Day 16✅Done! Im gonna try to do this workout for 2 weeks except for sunday its rest day for me but ill maybe do it longer of i see progress + i use a corset that has something in it that burns fat and its actually really good Day1-✅ nothing changed ofc but i sweated alot Day2- it was a sunday and my belly felt really sore I couldn’t even laugh❎ Day3-✅sweated alot and belly still sore from day 1 Day4-✅ Day5-skiping today bc we had PE and it was really intense so im gonna count it like a workout ❎ Day6-✅ Day7-✅ Day8-✅the exercises are alot easier to do and i actually see a difference in my belly Day9-❎i got my period and im in a lot of pain Day10-✅ Day11-✅ Day12-✅ Day13-✅ Day14-✅ Like so i don’t forget 👍 Im finally done and i actually see alot differences. My belly actually got much smaller and my legs even got a little bit thinner. Bit i wont continue this workout and will start doing the program that this channel made on a site.

I will do this for 14 days and tell you if anything has changed and if I have lost weight. My current weight is 53.1 kilograms, the weight I would like to achieve: 48 kilograms. I will do exercises 3 times a day. Day 1: ✅️ During training, my abdominal muscles and thighs hurt, but this is normal because I had almost no physical activity. I sweated a little, but I tried to do the whole tasks, it hurt, so I either shortened the exercise a bit or changed it a bit, to sum up: It was ok ☺️

I will keep updating: (like my comment so I can get reminded) day 1: ✅ it BURNT! obviously I didn’t lose weight the first day but I felt some burning in my core and arms. I also paused for a few seconds since I was in pain. So yeah (6/25/2024) day 2: ✅ I woke up sore! it burnt more in my core. I did see a tiny change from where I was yesterday. Also im on a calorie restriction. I’m only consuming 300 calories per meal which is 900 a day (sometimes it might be 910) so yeahhh (6/26/2024) day 3: ✅ I woke up at 7:00 in the morning to do this. (Btw I did other workouts like treadmill, bicycle, inner thighs, yoga) but it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. I’m starting to see a little change in my waist and stomach size! (I tried many workouts but nothing worked let's hope this one works + pls remind me if I forgot) ✅️ Day 1 (03/01/2025) -> I felt the burn but I didn't find it that hard, I still felt the pain in my stomach. ✅️ Day 2 (04/01/2025) -> I found it easier than yesterday. I plan to follow this routine everyday except for the weekends. I will come back and update everyday. On top of this I will be doing other workouts for different parts of my body. Day 1: ✅Very hard, had to modify two exercises, sweated a lot. Just completed my 157 th day of workout excluding 39 resting days in between ! Was last and was feeling lethargic sleepy whole day don't know why may be night sleep was not enough night eight hours sleep is everything so I will sleep nicely for eight hours today at night to feel fresh throughout the day tomorrow to sleep early at around ten pm !

Hi! I've been following some other videos of mizi and had amazing results. So I thought of working out using this video and keep updating here for my hardworking friends:) Day 1 ✅: Absolutely hard. I felt the pain both in my belly and the back. I skipped two steps as it was super hard for me to do it. Additionallly, I also stayed in plank with my stopwatch on and it was 35secs today. Day 2 ✅: Still hard! But i did more than yesterday. My whole body hurts and my muscles are soaring 😭 Today's timing of plank is 40 secs. Not bad 😅🤧

@@sandrinefaitdesmaths6767 not a very drastic difference since it’s only been a week but I can see some slight changes in my clothes fitting I recently twisted my ankle due to which I could not do it for 3 days But will soon continue it and let you know

@@sandrinefaitdesmaths6767 I did try to avoid junk food (not completely tho🧍♀️) Focused more on eating protein rich food But the diet restrictions is not strict at all Also it’s completely ok to ask such questions! You should give it a try as well with this exercise💓💪

Update: After doing for 30 days, and followed little bit of healthy diet, was able to lose 2 inch belly fat and lost 2.5kg. Please note, I was doing cardio for 15 mins as well.

Ill do this everyday until school starts Im a teenage girl. I also go to 2 gymnastics classes a week for 2 hours each. Im not on any diet but will try to eat less junk and eat less calories. Day 1 ✅: Abit of core pain but other than that easy enough some exercises were a bit difficult Completely forgot about this Day 2 ✅

I was a little overweight, 5ft1 and 136lbs. I lost 15lbs in 3 months. I started running almost every morning, followed her workouts, mostly the total body, strict diet, cut half of my diet portions, increased meat and veggies, strict on fruit with high glucose and carbs, eat avocado daily to replace carbs and increase good cholesterol.

I have body dysmorphia and I want to glow up for the summer + I do gymnastics so you could imagine how harsh it is there. I dont think im fat I weigh 103 pounds - height 5"2 but I just want a slimmer stomache because I feel as if its kinda of fat so here is my tracker im doing this one and a slim waist one Day 1 - Did it! Felt pretty good not terrible + I watched a K-drama while working out this isnt too hard for me since im flexible and im used to working out so not bad!

Day 1- ❎ i gave up because some workouts were to hard like the plank but going to the side. i still will do this its just i already to a long walk like 5 miles. will continue tomorrow. Day 2-✅ I did the full workout! i also played alot of soccer outside and did training. i feel like my stomach is a bit smaller. and a question, if u feel a burn in ur stomach does that mean its working out on the fat?

Starting as that fat kid, promising to my self abs by the end of the school year. Fighting agains my genetics, let's go Ima be a locked in soldier with this one. Been skipping workout a lot, starting today after school... Day 1: ✅ ( Holy Cow that was hard. Half the exercises had me dead, felt the burn🔥 ) Day 2: ✅ ( Some of these are super difficult for me, I'm doing 55min of three workout videos, this is the hardest by far 🔥) Day 3: ✅ ( This is definitely the hardest one, I'm sure I'll be complaining more days coming... ) Day 4: ✅ ( Improved on some exercises, I still hate 7&8 buy now less ) Day 5: ✅ ( School day, still did it. Sadly, I don't have time for all three workouts ) Day 6: ✅ ( Getting better and better in exercises, can't wait to check my weight tomorrow. - Note: I weighed around 64kgs last week ) Day 7: ✅ ( Went to the gym instead, not much difference, I'm around 63.5kgs ) Day 8: ❌ Day 9: ❌ ( Couldn't do days 8&9, was at my cousin's place ) Day 10: ✅ ( New plan: work this out and go to gym too, gym really lowered my motivation into doing these, let's do another week🔥)
