Thank you so much for these encouraging and absolutely doable exercises. I suffer terribly from osteoarthritis in both knees which limits me especially with floor exercises. I was able to fully participate and feel great for it. You have gained a new subscriber and I have also saved this video so I may revisit it with ease.
