Great video, dude. See, as long as you are using a tube amp as your power amp you will pretty much have a tube gain sound. Watchers should realize that this will sound like crap into a solid state modelling amp. You always NEED a quality tube amp. It always starts there. Great playing too, dude. 😁

Awe man. Sorry to hear that. What are you playing thru/what’s your setup, if you don’t mind me asking? Mine is great at any gain stage. Haven’t had any issues. Just may be a weird thing with that one, possibly? I’ve used Mesa stuff for over 25 years and, honestly, have never had any issues... other than normal wear on tubes or things like that.

I use Lollar pickups in that strat. Those are the Specials.
