It's interesting that IDL donates its ApoE to HDL and becomes the "BAD" cholesterol LDL. It's job is now to deliver cholesterol to the gonads to make Testosterone, Progesterone and Estrogen. It gets the bad wrap from oxidizing and creating plaques.

Please make a video covering lipoproteins in an energy deprived state such as when fasted or immediately after excersize. An energy deprived state results in more triglyceride mobilization from adipose tissue & an increase in LDL. I would love to hear the biochemistry behind lipoproteins in the energy deprived state. Great video. You really make biochemistry understandable and accessible to everyone. Thanks
