With the release of the Gundam Seed Freedom movie in the States I wanted to take a look at the Metal Build strike freedom gundam from ‪@BANDAISPIRITS‬ This is a hard metal build to find at a decent price these days and one of the staples of my collection I hope you enjoy the review!

I can’t imagine the strike freedom being below 100k yen from resellers in japan nowadays lol, even if it’s the regular version. Also you’ve been holding onto this without opening for several years? Recently I’ve been lucky and was able to order the gffmc wing zero Snow White prelude direct from pbandai. It’ll be my first full figure that’ll be misb. Every figure I’ve had before that was bought back in box for a much lower price😅

No, it's been on display for 5 years 🤣 i just reviewed it on the channel. the $270 was the original MSRP price. I think with shipping, I paid around $300

Nice review. They are coming out with a new MB strike freedom 2024 this July again. Wonder what is the difference from this.

Nice but too expensive. Bought the third party instead. Very happy with my purchase. Bandai needs to lower their ridiculous prices. I've started buying the Moshow's, Motor Nuclear, Zen of Collectibles, CCS just to name a few and many others stepping into the genre. Much better pricing, larger scale figures with incredible features and options and lighting affects.

Although I concur that pricing has become excessive in recent years, it is a widespread issue affecting the majority of businesses in this market. I believe that increased competition will ultimately result in lower prices. In my experience, third-party providers have produced mixed results. I recall a time in the 2010s when third-party companies like Dragon Momoko and others were highly popular in the Gundam space; it was an exciting time . My advice is to vote with your wallet

@@CZEN2 Yeah, at this point, an upgrade would be nice. Bandai already released the MGEX Strike Freedom, and, in my opinion, I like the sculpt on the better.
