Awesome and productive hunt for you and your Dad Rusty . Big Congratulations to both of you on all those Stellar Silver finds , I am Happy for you both . I was 30 miles from Knoxville last week , and had invites to detect from several You Tubers from TN to hunt while I was down there . Including "JD's Variety Channel ", Jeff , and a few others . But I just wanted to spend time with my 85 year old Father . As that is the most precious thing I could do with the short time I had . All respect to those that knew I was coming & invited me , & I know they understood . You had a great opportunity and cashed in on it with your Dad & I wish I could take my Dad Gold Panning like he always wanted to do . Great video Rusty , it hits close to home for me , what I have always wanted to do with my own Father . You are truly Blessed my friend !

Totally a metal detecting ideal....where both parties find the same things....super neat how that worked out for Dad and you.

Accuracy Marked Ya we were pretty excited about it. Neither out-hunted the other just the two of us out having a blast! Wish all days could be that productive and I'd even settle for equal finds =)

Unreal Silver ! That's the kind of day that we all long for. The permissions on the older houses really seems to be the way to go. I am going to try to get permission at an old race track ,now houses that closed in the 30s . Hopefully they didn't scrape away all the topsoil and coins when they built houses there in the early 50s. Great video! Thanks, Fred

***** We detected an old race track once too and found some nice old goodies in there. GL if you get permission!

Nice silver, it looks like you guys had a blast! On a side note, I watched your webinar the other day and you had some very good advice in there about permissions and locating places to hunt. I took your advice and managed to score permission for two house sites from 1880 to hunt. I just wanted to thank you for the info and inspiration. It looks like it really works for you. GL & HH!

Dude, if you watch the video I uploaded this morning before we went hunting, randomly out of the blue I was talking about my old video where I dug 15 silvers and linked to the video. What are the odds? On that day I was dodging rain too. xD

JD's Variety Channel haha that's awesome! Maybe we should go out more when it's raining then =)

Very nice day! I've been knocking doors with a great success rate! I can't seem to hit silvers like this though? Equipment or User?

It's location. It all boils down to the age of the grounds, if it has been disturbed or filled before, and if anyone has detected it

Yea it is! Just got my first silver quarter today and a dime right beside it! My White's MXT did fine. The house was prime looking and I got permission! Thanks for your feedback!

There are a few Burg's, in TN, but I'm from the real Burgh in Pa. Last year a guy I dig with pulled 31 Silver's. You still need to go away's. I'll root for you.

Cutaplug Metal Detecting We have recently subbed each other so my story goes.. Last April we found a place we asked permission to hunt. In 23 hunt's last year and four hunts so far this year, my friend and I have pulled in excess of 425 Silver coins. Trust me when I say, we have been blessed and we know it.
@cutaplug9 жыл бұрын
DetectingtheBurgh Wow... That's just insane! So was it a place you did extensive research to find or was it just one of those places that most people knew about but you were fortunate to get the permission?
