Love this! Thank you so much for sharing your story! 💗🙏🏼 Also, I do think there is a societal norm - what society considers appropriate. I am autistic and have adhd and didn’t know it until later in my life. So agree there is no norm but there are exceptions. There so much we may do to appear normal. So much to explore in just so many layers. Love this all around. Thank you!

never got into meth much, just enuff to hate the crash, but i can afirm that in the deep end of alcohol i was under some oppressive un-holy spell, if heavy drinking is a curse, blackouts, withdrawals, & especially actual delirium tremens are like possession. from having full mind blown wall to wall hallucinations, for 10 days, (even tho I was hospitalized & given anti-psychotic meds) in 2011, i feel i know what schizophrenia/psychotic break experience feels like, albeit temporary, i didn't know it at the time, i thought I'd finally gone completely off the rails or had a "psychotic break" it was only after watching Delirium Dirks Yt videos in 2022 that i understood that this 2011 episode was delirium tremens.

Also when she quit doing drugs , and was still drinking I wonder did she ever have cravings to relapse on drugs at all or that wasn't a issue for her.

Hey. Not meth. Luckily that battle ended that new years eve in 2004. After I got with my ex husband and we got back into the rave scene there was some struggle. Nothing ever like meth though.
