Hello Gaby, I was taught by my grandma thatvif you peel cucumber in wrong direction it will taste bitter. She advised me to always peel from top to bottom even if you cut a piece of remember where top is. I will try your trick next time. ❤😊

I've made this b4 n I've had the yellow part in and it doesn't go well with the Italian dressing and on top of that the salad be creamy because of the vinegar n the dressing is too acidic for the yolks

The dressing to acidic for the yolks...but if u love the yolks try this with thousand island ...it will be better with the eggs then the Italian dressing..but without the yolk .. delicious n light
