In this video we make Mexican Street Corn on the LG 900 pellet grill.
Grilled Mexican Street Corn
4 ears corn, shucked
1 or so h tablespoons olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese, divided
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cilantro leaves, minced, plus more for garnish
1/2 teaspoon chile powder
Lime wedges, for serving
