Thanks for the speedrun! I knew awaken had serious dps, but needed to see some optimal play. Personally I don't usually enjoy it, but I use it for monsters with awful hitzones or monsters I just don't like fighting conventionally, like the muddy fish or the slow boulder. I use a hybrid build where I fight like I was using an assist kinsect, but I mix in powder vortex. With proper positioning I can detonate for 2.4k after the monster gets up (non optimal gear, less than 100 hunts with IG, this is actually the 1st MH where I enjoy IG a lot).

it is definitely very powerful if you keep doing it consecutively without losing too many explosion. and that's my exact approach to the playstyle as well. ill be using it on fish and boulder dragon once i get to them. hybrid for me is still something im getting use to, but im slowly getting it 😅i've been enjoying ig since it's inception so no matter what game it's in it'll be my main. also if you wanna check out some other explosion bug runs, there's like 7 or 8 others on my channel if you're interested. thank you for watching!

gathering the powders can be a pain. especially if the monster moves around alot (Lunagaron...) it's more fun when the monster cooperates and stays still. anyway thank you for watching as always brother. appreciate the support
