@@SOLARITY333Yeah I was eating the same: blue rare meat sometimes eggs, some fruit but I gave in and had chocolate. Ever since then, I don't really have cravings for anything specific. I've been eating meat and fruit, but I've delved into eating sweets again. I'll start over again when I get paid again but my cravings are nearly gone, and I don't really get hungry. My only issue is my energy levels are out of whack.

I've been eating just meat, eggs and some fruit strictly once or twice a day. Whilst only drinking water. I have already lost 7kgs in 11 days. No bloating. The rare body skin condition I have is beginning to heal. And doctors say "theres no cure" lmao. Acne is gone from face. No longer depressed. I feel happy and have more energy for life. I wake up early and sleep early now rather than sleeping late and waking up late. I literally go out now, doing nature stuff and in the sun more often instead of being cooped up in my room, playing playstation. So basically, I feel AMAZING. Goatis is right, everything is determined by the gut. It's that simple. 😊

It really bothers me. It ruins their nice "skin". This look of course is popular with so many "Alt" girls, even Goths as I'm familiar with it in the scene, and to be honest I really really don't like the look. They don't think of it from the perspective of how the aesthetic should be, because usually with dressing "Goth" one wants to keep the black clothing but as much skin "white" and pale to contrast with the black clothing. The more they tattoo themselves, the more it takes away from the striking contrast.

Goatis, what have been working the best is like eating 50-100g of High liver per day, raw iberico pork and/or raw cow belly, egg yolks, sometimes raw kidney and raw hearth. Pretty rare meat if I eat with family. I have been eating this way for almost 2 years, your way of eating saved me, Thank you! I find interesting you saying that the sugar from the fruit would not create acne, maybe my body is different or I have some what an intolorence to all fruits. Apples, mangos and kiwis are the worst for me. Last time I tried half of a small apple, made me very swollen in the face, gain more acne, joint pain appear and a bad gut pain, and nocked out my joints for a week, the apple was from my garden, no pesticides, no nothing, I didn't even ate the skin. Oranges like the smaller ones like clementines, with raw egg yolks mixed in, like I saw you doing in yours what I eat in a day videos is some what a better alternative, but not perfect, my joints feel better without it. I'm 24 btw, my joints should not be this way after eating a little fruit. Any thoughs on those symptoms appear after eating fruit? Should I be better with or without carbs?

I do have to say, there is definitely "something" about the whole thing with the animal being "fresh" and "warm". I still sear my steaks usually, quickly on the outside. Sometimes I will do one completely, but I must admit that if there anything that is the only most "offputting" about raw steak ever is it being "cold" more than anything. When it's warm, it's just all that much more satisfying. I like giving it a little sear too, to loosen up some of the fat and making it a bit juicy and adds that nice grilled flavor, while 80% of the inside looks "purple".

If you think about it, a carnivore diet is an "animal based" diet. At least in the terms used by biologists, as an animal being a carnivore does not necessarily mean that they consume 100% meat. That is typically reserved for obligate carnivores that will suffer negative health outcomes rather quickly if they begin to consume a plant based diet. Humans can go for much longer without meat, but eventually it catches up to them. For the most part, you can be quite healthy as a human being if you introduce a bit of fruits and vegetables into your diet, but not too many.

I’m trying hard to transition to raw but I’m so inflamed over the years cold turkey is out of the question. Lately it’s been a bowl of 3/4 cup lettuce, 1/2 cup cooked 80/20 ground beef and 1/4 small tomatoes. Very satisfying. One day raw… one day.

Most likely the exercise is a big part of why she didn't have her periods. Because I only miss my period for 3 months and it was when I was tree planting in the west (Canada). This work is extremely intense for the body. It was my first season so I only planted like 2000 trees a day, but some ppl would plant 5000 trees a day. They say the average tree planter burns 8000 calories a day... the equivalent of 2,5 marathon a day in energy output... not recommended...

Bananas are the only food i don’t like. My saliva turns it into an alcohol, like aftershave, and not a nice beer. I can also taste banana in cucumbers/courgettes, pears, parsnips, melons etc. Though i like dried banana, banana flavoured milk/yoghurt/medicine etc.

14:04 Boiling isn't the worst cooking method. It's nearly the best cooking method because you get minimal glycated proteins and minimal oxidized fats, cyclic amines, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Better to only get it up to around 130-140F and not all the way up to boiling, but that's as near to raw as you can get. Better to be raw if you can trust the source of the meat, but if you can't, it's the next best thing. Raw > Pasteurized > Boiled > Baked Covered > Baked Uncovered > Fried > Grilled > Deep Fat Fried
@prussiansocietyofamerica
@prussiansocietyofamerica 3 ай бұрын
It actually is one of the worst because of the nutrient loss. When you boil something, most of the nutrients and flavor get "sapped out" from the water. The only form of cooking that retains the most nutrients and does not begin to develop carcinogenic compounds, is by steaming.
@tbird12yt
@tbird12yt 3 ай бұрын
@@prussiansocietyofamerica Yes, steaming would be one of the best. You're right, you can get nutrient loss from boiling. It's still one of the best compared to the others. If it's whole meat, like a steak, boiling for a few minutes will barely even penetrate where it could possibly lose anything, unless it's thin slices. If you were making a stew and boiling it for hours, then yes. Even then, the negative effects of nutrient loss are not nearly as detrimental as from the glycated proteins, oxidized fats, and other toxins. There's no comparison. Saying boiling is "one of the worst" when it's just not the best, is strange. Your concerns are misplaced. The carnivore community is really misguided when it comes to the negative effects of different cooking methods.

So adding fruit to your cooked meat makes it healthier? Or is it just giving in to (and sustaining) your carb addiction? And the fibers, oxalates, glycation, herbicides and pesticides don't really matter? I have a feeling you're just making shit up, here.

So fake carnivores have craving for carbs? I guess I'm a fake carnivore because I eat cooked meat and eggs but I don't crave carbs(fruits , vegetables, carbs) I know what they do to me they cause me bloating issues and acne on my back. I do add salt to my meat for taste after all I'm only been in this diet for 2 weeks and half 😅.
@CosmicawarenessCitizen

@kabenla Yeah like I said carbs give me acne problems and fruits and vegetables give me bloating issues . So that will be a no for me I used to have an animal based diet for at least 1 month and plus (Milk, eggs and meat, cheese ) no fruits at all . Then milk wasn't good for me anymore so I became a fake carnivore (cooked meat and eggs)

I was wondering if you ever tested your cholesterol or know anyone on a somewhat natural diet who did. I am 20 years old. I talked to a doctor and he couldn't belive my resoults hehe. He said that it has to be genetic disorder. What would you say? Since I started eating like you recommend, I feel really good and didn't get a cold or any sickness in the past 1-2 years.
