From an insurance company risk control rep... good videos, very educational, thanks for doing these. For the PIV and WIV, my tip, always use OPEN and SHUT (vs closed) terminology. As you will see either OPEN or SHUT in the window, not closed. Keep up the great work and I’ll be watching for the next videos!!! Thanks!
