I promise you Mike, move on from Conor and your career will work out better. You're gonna have 2 fights the rest of your career if you keep waiting for this, Conor and one more because it's gonna be 2 fights in 4 years and you'll be 40 by the time you fight after Conor. You can have 4 fights in that amount of time and have a better potential legacy. I'm a huge fan of yours, but it's coming off as desperate, and desperation doesn't get you a Conor fight, Conor finding out you don't need him gets you a Conor fight because his fragile ego can't take someone NOT being desperate for him.

I’ve been telling my friends this fight is never going to happen as soon as there were rumblings of it, even a week before Conor pulled out, I was saying I won’t believe this fight is happening until he’s walking to the octagon, and sure enough he pulled out. And that’s not because he has a history of doing that, he has zero history of doing that, the man’s a beast when it comes to showing up and making weight. The fight just never made a lick of sense, why come back and fight someone as dangerous as Chandler, when it does absolutely zero for you, when you could have been rallying for chance at the belt at WW, or he easily could have fought for the LW belt (not saying he deserved it, he didn’t, but he could have gotten it for sure, Islam takes that fight in a heartbeat). The only fight I saw him coming back for is chance to make history and win 3 belts, I think he like the sounds of being the first person who fought for 3 belts at 3 different weight classes. That, and maybe, just maybe there was a chance for him to fight Diaz for the third time. And to @whoisjerel - that would indeed have been the funniest thing ever had there been a preview for McGregor v Diaz 3 shown at UFC 303. That would have been priceless lmao. Because you know Chandler will still be defending the UFC and Conor saying their fight will still happen lol. And @Cutris856 responding to said comment with “Chandler would ask to be the back up” Gotta love the UFC and its fans, some damn funny people.
