About balance. I noticed that I was leaning a bit forward in Taekwondo class and I was wondering to myself when I was in better shape 7 years ago why did I feel more balanced...that just answered it because I was training for balanced aesthetics without realizing it. This man lives the life he preaches about. He's not Hollywood. He actually teaches classes. Im not sure how that works out, with him being a celebrity, but I hear he's not the hide behind bodyguards type. Hes verry humble and friendly. He's a martial artist in every sense of the word and from various sources including Joe Rogan and someone else on hair show who were hoth present.. who said this man legit demolished a heavy bag with a single kick. He also spars with various mma fighters including jones and you see he's legit with his kicks and strikes. I'm sure his ground game is up to par.

Good explanation on the importance to train your body symmetrically; Top to bottom, left to right, front to back. We see many who just like to train their favorite muscle groups. Beach body workout's a great example on what NOT to do. Kettlebells are one great way to train your body symmetrically in a variety of ways. Great video.

the more I hear others speak of what I studied and understood then mastered, the more my avoidable problems were never encountered. I have organized my body in exactly the same manner as Mike describes; in every detail; opposing muscles are identical in strength so they can't hurt each other. Strength is only relative to your height. The very reason muscles are pulled is because 1 area is stronger than another. Balance them out and it can not happen.
