Melania Trump didn't come from a "tough background". I've seen footage of her hometown- it's a beautiful. They showed her childhood family home- it's very nice. She's from an upper middle class family. She didn't rise up from poverty or escape from oppressive political hell.

Speaking multiple languages in other countries is not special or unusual it is only special if you live in America Americans speaks the worlds trade language and as a country decide not to teach its children any other language if 6 languages is impressive enough to write about talk to some one from India Africa or anyone of the hundreds of countries that at birth you start off with at least 3

barb rarick, Fluent in English, only. Had 2 years Spanish in HS, 2 years in college, and I was married to a Mexican guy for 2 years. He was also fluent in English. After all that Spanish, it just mostly faded away. You, and the commenter above you are completely correct.
