Don’t be fooled by the word “beginner” in the title and the short run time. This is an awesome workout for anyone who is short on time but still needs a great workout. Loved it!

This was great as an add-on to a 20 min arm workout (wk2day1 of your challenge). I used 3# & 5# wrist/ankle weights. Was good! Thank you !

I did this as my evening workout and I wanted to do 30 minutes, so I rewound it and did it again before I did the cool down. I love cardio core workouts and this one was awesome! Thank you for another amazing workout ❤❤❤!!!!!

*i always workout in the mornings but just finished this one tonight as an add on to one of your strength hiit workouts (the one you did with your sister!) this felt great and i always love your standing core videos! the ankle weights are such great add ons! you get some cardio and toning all in one!*

Wow! That was great! Slow and Controlled, but I was sweating as if I was jumping around like crazy, and it got my heart rate up! Loved it! The weights make such a difference. Thank You!
