James's boxing day squirt, also from WILTY, is also a classic, as is his story about trying to drown himself from the same episode. James's first book, Classic Scrapes, is the funniest book I've ever read, there were times I was literally struggling to breathe, due to the heights of comedic excellence. I seriously can't recommend highly enough.

The best thing about James picking the cabbage up from the Post Office wad the fact that Mick didn't put enough postage on so James had to pay for the rest to collect it 🤣 Not WILTY but James has an audio book with all the stories from his past growing up (some of which have been on here) and it's hilarious. I'd like a psychologist to explain to me why I enjoy watching you do these reactions so much. They're so much fun. As another American who has really gotten into these British panel shows the last few years, I can tell you that the more of these you watch, the more you'll continue to enjoy them, because you'll understand more of the references, as well as slang terms or language differences. You'll also see so many of these same people over and over again, that you'll really understand the different nuances of their personalities and humor. I've seen a lot of people have been recommending Task Master to you. It's a brilliant show, and a large part of the reason is the friendships these people have from working together so much. This creates fantastic chemistry between everyone. Plus, since you're so familiar with these people, it feels like you're watching your friends hang out. Alex Horne is brilliant, and it's just such a fun show. I would recommend before you do any reactions from segments of the show, that you watch at least one full episode of the show first, so that you can really get a feel for it. Of the episodes they've uploaded so far, the one I choose most often to share with friends who've never seen it, is series 1 episode 4, "Down an Octave." I love listening to him tell the stories that he says on WILTY because when he tells them in other places, they seem kind of reasonable while on WILTY they seem completely ridiculous

There's is similar moment in that show, though not as epic as Joe's, where Alex is an absolute stickler for the rules on a task with Alice Levine.
