Thanks J S, perhaps not the most challenging repair.. BUT.. the parts have just arrived from China today (after a month) for the Dyson Bladeless fan I've been working on.. so that video should be soon!

they used this same cabinet for the gakken dig dug that would explain that cut off peg. and if you look at the switch in the video you can see they had to do that for the controller to fit because of the lack of clearance. so yeah it was a factory snip. lol
