Really its the worst infrastructure in Hinjewadi. One of the largest IT park in india and not having basic facility. Inside company feel good but outside its GAON or worst then gaon.

I stay at Phase2, the companies which left Hinjawadi are mostly auto ancillary and warehouses and Small fabrication units. The land where I purchased house belonged to TATA auto and same thing is true about Kohinoor central Park land, that too belonged to Tata autocomp. Also pay attention that Microsoft purchased 32 acre land for 1000cr, that's the testament to potential of this area. Apart from that, new companies starting/expanding their offices are Global SEZ IT Park, Hexaware expansion, data centre and Aurus tech in P-3, Eon west IT park, world trade centre at Tathawade, dassault, Axtria in Phase-1. Kratos at Laxmi chowk. Still there are more than 250 acres of large open MIDC plots where businesses can be setup. The situation will improve once the metro becomes operational. Though the current situation is the worst, I don't see that it will dampen future growth prospects of Hinjawadi.
