Merci

Anybody that has the balls to tackle Pink Floyd, and not screw it up too bad, gets an up vote from me. These kids did a decent job. They knew they weren't Pink Floyd, and didn't try to be. Each one of the singers put their own interpretation in the songs. Many of the instrumentalists were able to capture many of the sounds of Richard, David and Nick, and yet threw some of their own into it. Hats off to them.

Enjoyed your take on "Great Gig in the Sky," as each vocalist had an opportunity to shine. Do they even know how difficult that piece is? I admit that I didn't watch the entire show but my favorite performance is "Mother." The musicianship was spot on but especially by the keyboardist and guitar soloist. I only wish that I could hear that lead vocals but he was really great on the few times he was belting out the lines. Really felt the emotions from the lead female vocalist--her best work from all the songs that I did hear.

Way 2 Represent from a Dude that saw PF in 73 Dark Side Tour and 77 Animals Tour with infamous Spitting Incident in Montreal
Guess they played the best one first and that was "Welcome To The Machine". But overall, a very good cover of Pink Floyd, my favorite rock group. "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" was very good with great vocals. "Us And Them" was very good with really good vocals. Yep, "Pigs" was very good with a great front man and singer. I wondered how they would get that vocal sound; guess singing into a toilet paper roll works; just don't know if Pink Floyd did it that way. They did "Mother" danged good; Roger Waters would be proud. "Lucifer Sam" sounds like a Syd Barret tune. "The Great Gig in The Sky" is a hard one for anyone to sing. Wish they would have done "The Division Bell". Lead guitar on "Money" needs the pickups raised on the bass string side. Otherwise that Strat sounds good; vocals were great! I really enjoyed watching this concert. They were a great bunch of kids.

Not to be pessimistic but comfortably numb are different environments and the release part ruined them. Also, Roger's part is quiet and you can barely notice the part where he changes his voice to Dave.
