It would be by far 10x better than our own timeline because op stopped expanding and min maxing late game but in real life the US would’ve probably taken over Europe by 1920-1930s and then the rest of the world would’ve been a coalition of developed vs non developed. By 1950-1970 the whole world would’ve been united under one goverment / a super powerful socialist united nations

I remember once playing Macau to see how tall I can build. When the civil wars started in China, a ton moved to Macau. Before I was hoping to be independent and build my own economic group, but was stagnating. When Austria offered me to get in I accepted initially for the boost only to end up leeching off of them as I became dominant. In the end my city state was one of the top five powers in the world, the second largest economy, and the highest standard of living and education all while still part of the Austrian economic group while Austria was struggling in the 20s.

It seems like economy of scale is being applied to the universities for the immigration boost? I’m no expert on this game’s mechanics, I’m trying my best to
@Tarkusarkusar6 ай бұрын
It's just that the modifier for unis and academies is being applied across the entire nation, which wouldn't affect internal migration much, but it has a huge impact on migration from subjects or from mass migrations

I really wonder what the impact of all that immigration to america had on the rest of the world since that is an insane ammount of people for countries to lose, additionallynim curious on why the states in otl mexico never got assimilated culture despite the near absolute assimilation elsewere
@Tarkusarkusar5 ай бұрын
Pops that live in their homeland don't assimilate, so Mexican pops never assimilate if they're in Mexico. i'd have to focus very heavily on getting immigration in there, and then assimilating everyone that gets there to Yankify/Dixify them

How did you get the PB so powerful?
@Tarkusarkusar6 ай бұрын
Pop interest group selection is altered the popularity of the leader. Napoleon III is usually VERY popular. Alongside that, the PB tends to be a bit stronger in the most recent patch since shopkeepers can be owners in financial districts, no matter the production method (in patch 1.6, shopkeepers would only stick around with very particular production methods, most of which were not desirable)
