When I was 8, I just thought Archie was funny and I did understand some of the references on the show, but not this one. How could I when I hadn't even gone though puberty yet? But having had the same thing happen to ME in the past during really stressful times, now I find it totally hysterical. Especially now that 50 years later we men know much more about the effects that stress can have on the body and are more open to talking with our doctors about it and being reassured of it's being temporary.

Archie Bunker . Was my grandpa's personality to a T! Even look Wise. I grew up with my irish grandpa who I loved! I knew he said off colored things ect.... But I loved him.
