@@leona1081 Unless you are talking about Canada it didn’t cause a meaningful increase in housing prices. What caused a huge increase was migration from remote work after/during Covid, sub 4% interest rates on homes which lead to housing speculation, and from single family home first policies that make it prohibitively expensive to build anything else.

After just watching a video of 4 black guys listening to a black nurse who has child w/sickle cell anemia and couldn't go to school everyday due to her excruciating pain. Harris had the woman arrested for her child being truant. The lady lost her job and her life was changed drastically. The daughter had a stroke and was hospitalized. Very sad.

Didn't Harris say the 25,000 down payment would be a 25,000 no interest loan? Wouldn't that have to be listed on a mortgage application as a dept? Wouldn't mortgage companies require that be consolidated into the mortgage? You would then be paying interest on that money.. If left as a separate dept it would still lower the amount you would qualify for Wouldn't it?

@@aaa-hs3it Trump caused this. His speech to the NRA in February said the GOP Senate led bipartisan legislation was a bad deal. The entire GOP dropped pursuing fixing the border. No one went against Trump. Now they have wasted 7 months scoring political points instead of fixing the border. But didn't the GOP do a great job on Hunter, Harvard and Fauci!!

The Fed kept raising interest rates to counter inflation, but the real problem was greedflation. It’s ironic how the GOP controlled House did nothing for the country, but somehow criticizes Harris’s plan to build.
