my results were 4b 6c in the video but the website showed that I belong to the "Tora". the website lacks a tutorial. at first, I struggled with what to do I clicked multiple times. then later realized it was draggable. and how to arrange it most relatable on the top or bottom?

I have all the traits: competitive, passionate, confident, creative, spontaneous, charismatic, calm, patient, compassionate For most, I have them when I need them, but DEFINITELY not all of the time. However I am always passionate, spontaneous, and patient... which makes 1 trait of each type. I guess I don't really fit into any of the boxes... what do you think this means?

Your brain type is Kitsune! You have matched into Kitsune Club! Your dominant type is Kitsune and your secondary type is Tora.
@jacobrichardson76228 ай бұрын
Personality is much more complex than assigning one of 3 types. You can’t simply reduce all personality to 1 out of 3 and then translate that to explain how someone should study. Study behaviors are the results of habit not personality. And habits are developed by environment and conditioning not innate qualities. It feels more like a buzzfeed quiz than a legitimate psych test. Big 5 is much better, but doesn’t directly translate to how people learn or manage their time. Someone’s daily routine isn’t a result of personality. Trait neuroticism is probably the biggest factor in effecting success in school. Your quiz is based on an Eastern Vedic philosophy that has no evidence but you are passing it off as evidenced brain types. I just don’t think it’s that helpful. The idea that you are “mostly” one of the three contradicts the idea that you can be categorized by type. Answering the quiz questions that fit you into multiple categories shows that these habits aren’t a result of personality, especially if and when you have a near even split between two. That shows a more spectrum analysis which is like big 5.

I don't think it's meant to be a personality test, just a test of general preference of brain reaction. Personality is absolutely environmentally induced, but we all have a natural inclination in some way. No I don't think the inclinations can be boxed separately into 3 categories, but I think it helps to understand how my brain naturally wants to react to stimuli, and experience and environment will form the way my reactions manifest and I feel like if I can understand the spectrum root processes in my brain I can use that to make my life generally easier and understand things that are presented in a way that may not be immediately condusive to the way I process information

But unlike the most, I'm not in school but trying to put myself through a culinary school but through home - not in class. I have a textbook from Culinary Institute of America, and many different others to help me learn all that I can to become a professional Chef. But, I'm having a hard time actually picking where to start(the CIA textbook, On Food and Cooking(a food science book), etc) and find the motivation to read. I've also acquired a "Bootcamp" that's full of 5 different video lectures as well. I've bought all the books on self development you've mentioned in your video's as well. Any advice on how to make a actual study schedule or curriculum of sorts? I thrive best within a structured routine and environment.

No, that's okay and very normal! Your brain is fluid. It's always changing and evolving, so it can absolutely belong to all 3 brain types. The goal is to not box you in but rather provide you with tools that will help you engage with studying and, therefore, climb in life. Your brain types will change according to your emotions, mentality, and environment, so really hone in on how you feel and therefore which brain type would you be belonging to. Hope this helps. 🙏🏻

People like me could run into confusion when answering these Qs, especially if we have not been mindful of ourselves or noticed our behavior. Like at the 1st Q, relating to physical fitness and stamina, i am not sure what to answer. I don't exercise, so I get tired quickly when I exercise (about 20 mins). And most of the day is spent sitting. But when I am out and have to walk plenty, i can handle that. Similarly regarding sleep, i have trouble sleeping early, on time, and it can easily get later and later (like it is 5 am now) but then i have deep sleep and have trouble waking up even after 6 to 9 hours, (maybe that's because i was delaying sleeping in the 1st place.)

@@KoiAcademy I tend to be very scatter brained. I love doing so many things but at the same time I never actually accomplish anything because I never feel motivated to do it. The only time I'm ever able to accomplish goals is at work because I am required to finish a task. I used to just bounce between projects, moving to one thing or the other, but then I'm never completing tasks. everything was half done. Like not fully baked bread. Not enough, not usable. It caused problems at work. And eventually I started getting better, learning what things work for me. Planning out tasks. I'm still learning but fully trying to understand and complete an assignment before moving on to a new task. I'm honestly pretty excited because I have a new class starting next week and I'm already getting amped. I now know why taking notes was always hard for me in class but I can soak up information when I reach myself.

I could never explain it to anyone else. Unlike with coding, I can explain that to someone easily because I know it is like breathing. It's second nature to me. They always say with coding, you have to learn what the code does, then use it yourself in a project. Because I code for work, I'm constantly doing that.

I got kitsune and one of your prompts really resonated w/ me I tend to grasp things very quickly, my teachers say any of my doubts are quite high level. But once the class is over I barely even remember what happened during the class. Of course once I take a brief look through the textbook, I remember things once more but forget them just as easily. What can I do about this? I’m usually stuck staying up the day before the exam cramming everything in

Follow the 3 C's. First: Collect knowledge from various sources, compare and contrast with your previous knowledge. Construct your notes, sketch it out, create a mindmap which defines your thought process (translate your lectures thought process into yours) and lastly, you have to challenge yourself by doing practice problems, teaching yourself with your notes closed in order to find the gaps in knowledge so you can fill the gaps by again collecting knowledge. Your studying in the end needs to be active; it must make you uncomfortable but in a good way. Be curious about stuff instead of just passively cramming. Study high yield concepts instead of everything. All of the concepts are described in much detail in study quest our gamified course on learning and productivity.

in my opinion if you can be the best virson yourself by creating a productive sysem for yourself. you can learn how to learn by reading books and using caurses from online. you can be the best virsion of your self by reading books, introspection, using the actual sprituality, using philosophy. if you can be the best virsion of yourself by focing on your work and yourself. then what is the purpose behind knowing your brain type. It's like the brain type test is based on the symtoms of problems, like three shadows of a tree.

Its not a solution at all rather it's a support tool. You can definitely do without it and live a good life but knowing how your brain works and prefers to do things can help reduce the work load.

I did both this and the one from last year , in this one i got 1 b 4 A's and 5C's meaning im a kuma and in the other one i got an equal number of A's & C's which supposedly means I'm either a Kuma or tora , but after watching all 3 brain types I believe im more on the kitsune side (excluding the "charismatic" part) nonetheless I still relate to some traits form the other 2 , one thing I noticed abt myself is that I'm highly fixated on my surroundings and I tend to hold myself back on the account of how others ( complete strangers) would react but at the same time I'm less sensitive than "average", I could be described as self- focused & ambivalent (I may not always display immediate emotional reactions to the problems of others, but I become more aware and responsive when someone points out the need for empathy or emotional support). I have a conflicted and introverted with strong convictions personality , I'm a reservoir of untapped potential if ykw I mean (lmao i ended up writing too much💀)
