I like how broke down into 3 parts: skill based, strength/conditioning, shooting. Kids will go in do a 30 mins shooting workout a 45 min skill and 15 min stretch thinking they are mastering it but they dont realize the best athletes and pros really break each of these down and spend countless hours on each one

The difference with ryan and other bs basketball trainers is he actually tries to reach out to people and help the next generation FOR FREE a lot of others would charge but he dosen't even though he's putting time and effort into this. He also replys and helps devolop killers like mikey putting them through there paces and making them better i always see him giving mikey advice and i've seen a improvement in mikey and ja when they started working out with him. KEEP GOING RYAN.

Cris it’s usually your height tbh but other than that genetics do play a big part but you can increase your vertical so it really don’t matter if you got height and you do leg workouts

its true what he says, on the days you dont wan tto stuff or so hard if you fight through the frustration (within reason) you will feel so good inside and those hard days u dont have energy. u just ahve to make an appearance and work

The goat Baller I think he’s homeschooled so I guess he can but for us with school it makes it harder

Dynamic well you probably have online school right now, or you can go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier and get a workout in before school

David I don’t have online school It’s full time for me and it starts at 8:30 so I’m thinking if I wake up at 6 then I can get a workout in and on Monday Thursday Friday I come home early at 12:30 and Tuesday Wednesday I come home at 3 so either way I can get 3 workouts in
