Oh man, I can’t believe he had dry food at Taquiza ! I used to work in a theater behind Taquiza a few years back and ate there every weekend-I’ve NEVER had dry food there. The Totopos are like crack and the lengua tacos are super moist-my favorite one.

Since you love truffles ,get the Claudio pizza with prosciutto next time you're there! Truffle heaven. The Star Luca is divine too since you like spicy food. Tinta y Cafe is my neighborhood breakfast/lunch place, literally around the corner from my home.

I believe that Michelin also has recommended restaurants that they don’t award stars to, but they say are interesting to check out if you’re in a certain place. Most of these tend to be cheaper than places that are awarded stars.
